At Melor Swiim, we care about you finding your perfect fit.

If, for any reason, you find issues with the items you receive from us, you may return/exchange them, or request for a refund. You may also make changes to your Order before it is shipped out. We provide a step-by-step guide below.

Additionally, our sizing guide/chart ensures that you find swimwear that perfectly complements your unique body shape.

Refund process

1. Initiate this process if

  • Items received are defective or damaged.

2. Criteria:

  • You contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your Order.
  • Items are unused, in original condition with tags and the original packaging.
  • Receipts are presented.

3. Return Shipping:

  • You’ll be responsible for shipping the items back to us, and bearing the costs.


4. Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds including original shipping costs will be issued through the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If the items are determined to be modified by someone else, or aren’t genuinely faulty due to normal wear and tear, refunds will not be provided.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

1. Modifications:

  • Contact us immediately if you need to modify your Order (e.g., size, color).
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.

2. Cancellations:

  • Cancel your Order before the items are shipped out by contacting us directly.
  • Once the Order is shipped, cancellations or refunds will not be possible.
