Dispatch and Timely Delivery:
- We aim to dispatch your orders swiftly, typically within 24 working hours.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we appreciate your understanding in case of unforeseen delays, or problems beyond our control, including carrier or customs issues.
Insurance and Responsibility:
- Your goods are insured until they reach the specified delivery address.
- Upon delivery and signing the receipt, you assume responsibility for the items.
- It’s essential to ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any complications.
Failed Deliveries and Re–Delivery:
- We make TWO (2) delivery attempts to ensure you receive your order promptly.
- If you happen to miss both attempts, contact us for a re–delivery to your specified address.
- Unfortunately, we cannot re–deliver to a different address.
- If re–delivery isn’t arranged within 7 days, we’ll process a refund, deducting the original shipping fee.
