Terms & Conditions for Melor Swiim
Acceptance of Terms
- This document outlines the relationship between you (the Buyer or User) and Melor Swiim regarding your use of our website (the “Site”).
- By using the Site, you agree to these terms. It’s advisable to review and retain a copy for future reference.
Changes to Terms
- We retain the right to amend these terms without notice, so it is recommended to review them from time to time for possible updates.
- If you disagree with any of the terms, please stop using the Site.
- Take note that changes won’t apply to confirmed Orders, unless required by law.
Accuracy of Information
- When you register on the Site, ensure your information is accurate and complete.
- By providing your information, you are confirming your identity and eligibility in using the Site.
- Payment details should likewise be accurate and complete, and also match the information previously provided.
Order Decline
- We may choose to decline an Order at our discretion.
Pricing
- Prices are displayed in your local currency, and may change without notice, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.
- VAT and applicable taxes are included.
- However, shipping costs, and relevant import duties aren’t included, except for EU destinations.
Payments
- When using a Payment Card, ensure authorization from the card owner.
- We are not responsible for additional charges by banks related to Payment Cards. If your card is in a different currency, the bank determines the final price.
- We take reasonable steps to keep order and payment information secure. However, we’re not liable for losses due to unauthorized third–party access beyond our control.
Delivery & Insurance
- We aim to dispatch Orders promptly, within 24 working hours. You should receive your Orders within 3 to 4 working days (within KL), or within 6 to 7 working days (outside of KL).
- However, delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs delays.
- Goods are insured until delivery to the address you specified.
- After delivery (signed receipt), you assume responsibility.
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We aren’t responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
- We reserve the right to reject delivery to incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts
- We’ll try to deliver your Order twice. If you miss both attempts, contact us for re–delivery to your specified address.
- Goods can’t be re–delivered to a different address.
- If not arranged within 7 days, we’ll refund you minus the original shipping fee.
Multiple–Goods Orders
- For multiple items, we aim to ship in one package unless you request otherwise.
- We may deliver separately if necessary, with each shipment considered a separate contract.
- If you request for separate shipments for an Order, the delivery charges will be based on the most costly destination.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return Goods for store credit within 7 days.
- This includes exchanging for Goods of a different color or size. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us directly.
- Unused items with original packaging and tags, and relevant receipts qualify.
- You will need to bear the costs for returning the Goods.
- Shipping costs for returns are non–refundable. Similarly, original import duties and taxes are non–refundable as well.
Faulty Goods & Refunds
- If any Goods from us are defective, they can be replaced, or refunded, including delivery charges, within 30 days.
- However, we may deny a refund or replacement if it is determined through our customer service team evaluation that the Goods were modified by someone else, or aren’t genuinely faulty due to normal wear and tear.
- We aim for accuracy in product representation in terms of colors, fabrics, and designs, but minor variations due to differences in manufacturing and screen displays may occur.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before the Goods are shipped out. Once they are
shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Intellectual Property
- Users are not allowed to modify, or distribute our intellectual property, including the brand name, trademarks, designs, get–up, data, images, logos or icons, and all other content on the Site.
- When using the Site, you acknowledge that all copyrights solely belong to us, or the respective rights holders.
Site Usage
- Unauthorized access and use of, or damage to the Site is prohibited.
- Any engagement or activity on the Site that harms our reputation is forbidden.
- Using the Site for commercial purposes, or unauthorized links to the Site is not allowed.
- We reserve the right to suspend a User’s access to the Site should there be any suspected unauthorized account use.
Data Protection
- User data is utilized and processed as per our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Third–Party Sites
- We’re not responsible for external third–party content linked on our Site.
